The apartment is located next to restaurants, bars and supermarkets, there are also many nearby golf courses. This luxurious holiday home is built on one floor, consists of 1 bedroom with 2 bathrooms en suite, a spacious living-dining room with a modern kitchen and a large terrace with lots of privacy. The bedroom is equipped with a 180x200m king size bed. It has blackout blinds, for a good rest. The bedroom has 2 en suite bathrooms, both with a bathtub with shower, sink, bidet and toilet. There is also a hair dryer for your use. The living room has a sofa with a dining table and 2 armchairs to enjoy with family and friends or to watch television. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, coffee maker, kettle and a toaster. There is also a small storage room with a washer and dryer. The small island in the kitchen is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a quick breakfast. The terrace is enclosed with glass courtains, so the terrace slides into the living room. There is also WIFI available in all rooms. In addition, the rent includes a garage space directly under the building, where it can be accessed directly through the elevator.
