The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen a living room and a private garden. The main bedroom has 2 double beds of 135x200 with a bathroom en-suite. And the second bedrooms has 2 single beds and a bathrooms on the other side. The apartment has air condition in all rooms, so you can adapt the cooling and the heating in all rooms. We provide bed linen and towels so you only need to bring your personal items. The main bathroom has a bathtub, a sink and a toilet and the second bathrooms has a shower, a sink and a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, vitroceramic, toaster, blender and with all kinds of kitchenware like plates, cutlery, etc. The living area has a table with 4 chairs and a sofa for confortable evenings. There is also wifi available throughout the apartment. From the living room and the kitchen you have direct access to the covered terrace and the private garden with sun beds. The terrace is equipped with an outside table with 4 chairs and a lounge table with 4 armchairs. The ground floor apartment is located in El Rodeito, close to Puerto Banus, where you can find beach restaurants, bars, restaurants, shops etc. Also marbella center is only 12 min away and the airport of Malaga is ca. 50 min away. Guest access The community areas comprise green well maintained gardens, a big community swimming pool, a playground for kids and a tennis court. Guest will have unrestricted access to all the facilities. In front of the apartment are many parking possibilities so that, even if there is no private parking included, you will not have any problem to find a free parking spot close to the holiday apartment.
