Very nice luxury villa with a lot of privacy. Located on spacious plot and outside area with plenty of areas to relax. The villa has a traditional feel yet the inside has been fully modernised to a Scandinavian feel and design. When driving into the gate to the house you will come to the entrance of the house which is surrounded by mature gardens and olive trees. There is a seating area of this side of the house to enjoy the morning sun or shade in the evenings. Upon entrance of the villa there is a hallway with a high ceiling that opens up to the staircase, living room and spacious open kitchen as well as one bedroom and the guest toilet. The area is private and also has some sea and golf views. Puerto Banús, is situated only a few minutes by car from the villa. This is Marbella's seaport in which the most famous yachts moor, where you can also sunbathe in one of its adjacent beaches, shop in the most exclusive boutiques, dine in one of the many restaurants, or have a drink in a trendy bar or discotheque. Furthermore, you will find many of Marbella's finest restaurants and bars in the trendy and luxurious Nueva Andalucia area where this villa is located.
