Luxury 4 Bedroom 4 Bathroom fully equipped villa located in the beautiful gated Urbanisation Elviria in East Marbella, and only 10 minutes drive to the centre of Marbella and 5 minutes to the beach. As soon as you walk up the stairs to the terrace you will be amazed by the breathtaking sea views from the heated infinity pool which can be heated upon request, here you will also find comfortable furniture to relax and enjoy the amazing view. Inside the villa on the ground floor you will find two bedrooms with a double bed and its own en-suite bathrooms plus terraces and from this floor you have access to the beautiful terrace and pool area. Also on this floor you have a multifunctional room with 2 double sofa beds that can sleep up to 4 people, therefore in total there can be a maximum stay of 12 guests at the villa. There is also a small kitchen to store drinks in the fridge and prepare quick meals.The villa has a Sonos Music System, so you can enjoy music from your own phone. On the first floor there is one double bed bedroom with own en suite bathroom and terrace. The living and dining room are also located at this level, the living room consists of comfortable furniture to relax and watch the TV, the TV has all national and international channels as well as Netflix. The dining area has a dining table with space for up to 8 guests. On this level you will also find the fully equipped kitchen that boasts stunning mountain views and has a small high dining table with 4 chairs. From the living room you have access to a large terrace with an outside dining area with space for up to 8 people. On this level there is also a guest toilet. The master bedroom is located on the second floor and has a large private balcony with it´s own luxurious en suite bathroom including a walk in shower and a bathtub in a bay window. The villa is gated and the urbanisation boasts 24 hour security. If you would like to play tennis, we make tennis easier by connecting you with a professional coach who can pick you up at the villa and take you to different areas in Marbella with excellent courts for games and lessons.
