SPECTACULAR AND INCREDIBLE FINCA 7 km from the town of Istán of Arab origin in the mountains of the Sierra de las Nieves Natural Park and only 15 km from the beaches of Marbella. Fruit trees run through the farm, apple, plum, apricot, pomegranate, custard apple, pear, white and black grapes, mango, and huge avocados, with a profitable annual production. Small vegetable gardens on some terraces with mountain views; all this in the land that surrounds the two houses that make up the farm: the main house and a few meters away the other house a little smaller, perhaps for guests or to exploit as rural rental. Inside the main house we have a fully equipped kitchen with mountain views, next to the kitchen a fresh open dining room with 360 degree views of the countryside and the mountains and a small toilet. The typical rural Andalusian living room with wide walls, wooden beams and a fireplace, next door you enter a room with its bathroom en suite. We went up to the second floor, two bedrooms and a bathroom, and a large and spectacular terrace with views of the idyllic landscape of the mountains and the Istán river. Two pools that could be converted into their own pools with water directly from the river, one in each house. On the porch next to the pool, we have another kitchen and our own wood oven, to make your own bread. The second house a few meters away is on one floor, two bedrooms and a bathroom, a living room with a large fireplace and a kitchen with its own brick barbecue. Going down to the garden, a path and stairs designed into the wall of the mountain lead you to your own pool of natural river water, something truly incredible, private and unique. Walking along a path about 800 meters we find some natural waterfalls of the Istán River, where you can enjoy a natural environment in total tranquility, a luxury for nature lovers. The farm has its own water well that supplies water directly to both houses all year round, and the installed solar panels provide hot water and electricity, all at no cost except maintenance.
